Thomas P. Jandris – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Michael J. Hammes – Director
Mr. Hammes is a certified public accountant, and served as President of KeyBank's Northern Indiana District from 1994-2001 when he retired from banking and became Chairman of the Advisory Board (until 2003). Previously, he was President and CEO of Society Bank, Indiana which merged with KeyBank in 1994. He also served as President of Trustcorp Bank, South Bend, which became part of Society Bank in 1990.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Inc. and served as Chairman of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center-South Bend from 1999 to 2004. He is a Knight of Malta and serves on the Board of the Order of Malta Human Services Foundation. He has been a member of the Finance Council of the Diocese of Ft. Wayne-South Bend since 1982.
Mr. Hammes received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1970 where he served on the Advisory Council for the College of Business Administration from 1994 to 2002.
James A. Parrelly – Director
Mr. Parrelly is a financial and business consultant specializing in corporate strategies; corporate acquisitions marketing & sales management; venture capital investing; private placements; and, macro economic analysis.
He has served as the President of the Parrelly Financial Group for the past eleven years. For the sixteen years prior to that, he served in a series of increasingly responsible positions in the financial sector at Kidder, Peabody and Company; Paine Webber, Inc.; Hamilton Investment Corporation; and, North American Financial Services Company, culminating with his appointment as Senior Vice President and Managing Director.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School, and has served on the board of directors for several private and technology-based companies. He is a member of Divine Child Parish, Dearborn Country Club, Tournament Players Club of Michigan (TPC), and the Fairlane Club.
